Tony lost his fight on 23.12.2020 to COVID19. He was a great supporter of the air ambulance. Having needed one himself when he was 60.
Whilst on holiday in Spain Tony had a massive heart attack and without the air ambulance he wouldn't have made it. He spent many years giving back to the UK charity to help provide someone else with the opportunity he had. He was a huge family man and enjoyed all of his family especially his grandchildren. He was a firm believer in the value of the air ambulance and the life changing treatment they provide. It seems a fitting tribute to my mum's best friend and our generous grumpy dad and Poppa. Good to have known you Tony. Although only for a short time, you were a great neighbour to the Garage. Will miss our chats whilst you were putting the bins out!
